Jun 05, 2004 · A drawing of the FICM (Fuel Injection Control Module) subsystem is shown in Figure 1. The FICM drives the fuel injector solenoids based on fuel and timing commands (via *CAN2 link) from the PCM. It uses engine speed and position signals (*CKPO, *CMPO) to determine when the injectors need to be activated.
